Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Althais website or platform, you agree to these terms. If you're using the platform on behalf of an organization, you're agreeing on that organization's behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
2. The Service
Althais provides AI-assisted medical coding, claims assembly, and revenue cycle analytics. AI-generated coding suggestions are decision support — a licensed provider or credentialed coder is responsible for reviewing and approving all codes before a claim is submitted.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the order form or agreement executed with your organization. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Althais retains all rights to the platform, its underlying models, and its content. Customers retain all rights to the clinical and claims data they submit.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement as set out in the applicable order form. We may suspend access for activity that violates these terms or poses a security risk to the platform.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is." Althais is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Althais Health, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
